1. How can I order?

Please place your order through our online shop or reach out to us via email or the contact form on our website.
We do not accept orders by phone.

2. Do you have a physical store?

We DO NOT HAVE a physical store in Malta at the moment, and our warehouse does not function as a shop EITHER.
Please also do not visit our company's reg. address, it's not a shop either.

However, if you order from our in-stock items, you can expect delivery within 1-3 working days.

3. Can I order just 8 pairs of hotel slippers?

We sell our products in bulk packaging, and we do not open boxes.
Each item has a minimum order quantity, which is specified on its product page next to the "add to cart" button.
For instance, if the minimum order quantity is 201 pieces, you can order multiples of 201, such as 201, 402, 603, and so on.

4. Can I pay by cash on delivery?

No, we do not accept cash payments at the moment.
All orders must be paid for prior to delivery or pickup from our warehouse.
Payment options include PayPal, Revolut, or bank transfer.

5. Is free pickup available for the ordered items?

Yes, you can pick up your items from our warehouse at no extra cost.
However, please ensure your order is paid for before pickup.
Once payment is received, a member of our warehouse team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time and date in 1-2 working days.

6. How long is the delivery time?

If you order from our in-stock items, your order can typically be delivered within 1-3 working days after payment is received.

For everything else, delivery usually takes between 4-8 weeks.

If you require something urgently, we recommend selecting items from our available stock.

7. How much is the delivery?

Delivery fees are based on the total order amount:
€0-300: €25
€300-600: €28
€600-800: €30
€800-1200: €35
€1200-2200: €45
€2200 and above: €50

8. Is personalization available?

Yes, most of our items can be personalized with your own logo.
The minimum order quantity for personalized items typically starts at 5000 pieces.
